Our current pastor will retire in January of 2025. We are starting a search now for a pastor who responds to the challenges of:

  • Authentic witness to Jesus Christ in a downtown environment.

  • Aligning our staff structure with our ministry priorities.

  • Building a diverse, inclusive, and energetic community of believers.

The total compensation package includes a salary range for a full-time permanent Senior Pastor of $95,000 to $110,000, commensurate with demonstrated qualifications and experience, which amount may be divided among salary, housing, and other expenses including Christian education, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance; paid leave benefits, including annual vacation leave, sick leave, family and medical leave, and holidays; and a retirement pension through the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
